Selected, Not Simply Bought

We select green coffee from some of the world's finest harvests, examining each lot for colour, weight, aroma, and ripeness. Our beans are sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil, and India.

From the World's Farms to Upper Egypt

Each selected bean travels to the Vitalita factory in the Bayad El-Arab Industrial Zone in Upper Egypt, where it becomes part of a carefully controlled coffee experience.

Roasting: Where Character Is Born

We use hot-air roasting with digital roast profiles to develop the beans evenly, preserve aromatic oils, and bring out natural flavours. Each coffee has its own roast profile, reviewed batch by batch.

Where the Beans Speak

Our tasters sample every batch for aroma, body, and balance. After roasting, balanced grinding and sealed packaging help protect the flavour to the last cup.
